Since the beginning of our reporting project, almost 4yrs ago, I have been working closely with Andy and it has been a pleasure to do so. To say that our data had some quality issues is an understatement, however, none of this phased Andy. Throughout this time, he has worked diligently, analysing the most appropriate approach for individual requests and delivering robust solutions. The reporting and data accessibility for our business has been transformed due to his hard work. At times it has felt like a needle in a haystack but Andy is always up for a challenge and his good nature and sheer determination has meant we have overcome what felt like insurmountable problems. Not only has he provided front end PBI experiences he has become a font of knowledge on the structure and architecture of our backend systems and has been pivotal in our move to a data platform. I have loved working with Andy and he has made my job more enjoyable, he has been a teacher and a friend and any organisation would be lucky to work with him.
